STILL SNOWING

It's been snowing constantly here since Monday. I stepped out onto my front porch to snap this picture, I haven't venture out side all this week, .It's all part of the hibernation instinct that takes over me when the first frost appears.

(I do need to go to the market, maybe tomorrow) .

I do

enjoy the beauty of new fallen snow, all looks so white, like a big gigantic blanket, real, live, blanket covered, wonderful, beautiful, playfully....

Empty nests are much easier to spot in the winter when the trees are bare

Winter is so peaceful, and

quite, The sky, the icy road and the snowy ground are all the same shade of white.
