One out of 6 people suffer from chronic hunger that is a lot of people over a billion women, men and children die of starvation. By the time a family knows hunger, their poverty is extreme. The global economic downturn, is driving up the numbers of people in poverty all over the world the Economic decline has affect those poor country even hardest. As food prices continue to skyrocket, hundreds of millions of poor people around the world face a terrible risk of hunger and disease. Hunger is unacceptable in a world that collectively has the knowledge and the resources to improve access to food.
