MEATLESS MONDAY ~ LUNCH WRAP

DO YOU KNOW WHAT I LIKE THE MUST ABOUT WRAP?
that we could wrap almost anything even last night left overs
  • Avocado, baked tofu, lettuce, tomato, vegenaise.
  • Chickpea hummus with grilled vegetables. ( I love this one)
  • Tabbouleh with hummus or bean spread. (this is my favorite)
  • Veggie burger with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise.
  • Re-fried beans, brown rice, guacamole, salsa, lettuce.
  • You could wrap rice and noddles too
Feel free to adapt them to suit your tastes and invite your spouse or children to create their own wraps with ingredients they love.
